It’s hard to believe that we’re at the tail end of October and the holiday season is right around the corner. Unlike other parts of the country where fall means breaking out the hats and mittens, for us Phoenicians autumn means the beginning of a few months of pristine weather. Phoenix in fall is a beautiful time to enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking our many beautiful trails, or enjoying festivities like art fairs and light shows. Although we love the money we save on our energy costs over the summer (thanks to solar screens), we at CC Sunscreens are as excited as anyone about the changing season. We’ve compiled this list of some of the best activities happening around the valley this autumn.

November 24th – January 6th – Glendale Glitters
While most Phoenicians are probably familiar with ZooLights, lesser-known Glendale Glitters is also a spectacular show. The stunning display boasts over 1.5 million lights stretched across 16 blocks in Historic Downtown Glendale. The light show is romantic for couples as they stroll under the twinkling trees sipping their hot chocolate, as well as entertaining for the entire family.
